FINANCE DIRECTOR / TOWN TREASURER
Town of Coventry seeks an experienced Finance Director/Town Treasurer. This highly responsible position
performs complex supervisory, professional, administrative and technical accounting, treasury and finance functions that make a meaningful impact in our community. Supervises the essential divisions of Accounting, Assessing and Revenue Collection. Also responsible for risk management, IT and related HR functions, contributing to the well-being of our town's workforce.

Salary range of $133,000 - $153,000 DOQ
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years municipal finance work including 2 years in a supervisory role
Experience in benefit administration and related HR functions
Familiarity with federal, state, and local governmental accounting regulations and compliance requirements
Experience managing or participating in financial audits or compliance projects
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and meet deadlines
Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
